Activities
The Tósoky Law Office was founded on 26 May 2005 in Budapest by Dr. Balázs Tósoky, the office was registered in the Budapest Bar Association under the number 1872, and was admitted to the register of law firms on 1 September 2005. Our office is a classic civil law firm, which provides legal advice, drafting and drafting contracts, pleadings and other documents, and providing legal representation in litigation and non-litigation proceedings. The firm is equipped with all the IT and technical tools necessary for the reliable, efficient and accurate handling of legal transactions. Our liability insurer is the Hungarian Lawyers' Insurance and Assistance Association (MÜBSE 1136 Budapest, Hegedűs Gyula u. 8. IV. 5., www.mubse.hu ).
About the commission: in Roman times, the Emperor Augustus was the last to prohibit lawyers from accepting remuneration for their work. Currently, the remuneration (fees) of lawyers is freely negotiable under the CC. Our office is not run on a charitable basis. The fees of the Law Firm cannot be published on the website on the basis of Resolution No. 2/2001 (IX. 3.) of the Presidium of the Hungarian Bar Association on the content of the website of lawyers. The Office will propose, before the case is undertaken, when and how much it considers acceptable for the legal work to be performed. The fee will be influenced by the nature of the case to be handled and the amount of work to be done.
